Amer Sports is now looking for an HR Operations Manager to be based in Helsinki, Finland.

This role would be a starting position for an ambitious graduate talent seeking an HR leadership career with Amer Sports, which may include different types of HR leadership roles at company level and/or in our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Global process owner for Amer Sports Performance management system “Coaching for Success” and annual salary review process. Support global annual capability and talent review process.
  • Process development in co-operation with global Performance & Total reward network
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues globally to ensure global Performance & Reward communication guidelines and principles are implemented locally.
  • Work seamlessly with  Amer Sports Business Areas, Global Functions, and other key stakeholders, in delivering high Performance & Reward support, coaching and process facilitation
  • Global HR System (Workday) administration, service support and enhancements for Performance & Compensation processes: Performance management, Annual incentives & Salary review
  • Enhance & monitor global HR data quality
  • Be an influential member of the global HR function, participating in the design and delivery of group HR processes.

  • Languages: Fluent English is required

Desired working experience:
1-3 years of succesful relevant Human Resources and/or cloud based HR system experience in an international environment. Recent university graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor's/Master's Degree or similar
