Amer Sports is now looking for an Transfer Pricing Specialist to be based in Helsinki, Finland.
The Transfer Pricing Specialist supports tax department in broad sense with transfer pricing work.​ This role in Corporate Tax team reports to Tax Director, Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with finance department and business representatives to prepare transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD BEPS Action 13.
  • Co-operating with external service providers in transfer pricing engagements.
  • Updating transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies.
  • Keeping up to date with transfer pricing related developments in legislation, case law and local practice.
  • Assisting in tax audits, dispute resolutions and mutual agreement procedures.
  • Reviewing, documenting and updating intercompany agreements in close co-operation with the legal department.
  • Developing working relationships with key departments within Amer Sports organization, e.g. Finance, Legal, Treasury and Business Operations.
  • Assisting in general transfer pricing work in broad sense, including identification of opportunities.
  • Opportunity to grow into broader international tax role.

  • Candidate should be comfortable with working in virtual teams
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong integrity and ethics as well as a strong sense of accountability. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

Desired working experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in international taxation and transfer pricing, knowledge of restructurings and financing.
  • Experience from Big 4 firm or industry.
  • Experience with tax and finance related software packages is a plus.
Minimum educational requirements: Master’s degree in taxation, accountancy or law (MSc / LLM).
