We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development to join the Amer Sports Connected Devices and Digital Services Category and Suunto at Vantaa.

As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will be primarily responsible for providing and developing business and monetization models to drive and support the growth of digital business in Amer Sports. Responsibility areas
Depending on your background and experience, this role will be responsible for all, or most, of the following areas:
  • Develops current and new business models
  • Scouts, identifies and brings in elements and components to our offer that Amer Sports is not building itself
  • Contributes to product concept definition with identified external building blocks, e.g. source, license, partner, acquire
  • Develops partnership processes and practices at Connected Devices to position us as a preferred partner for innovation in digital products and experiences
  • Manages and develops existing partnerships
  • Supports and is responsible for software, content and application sourcing
What we expect from the candidate
You are a clever commercial thinker and you have strong business acumen. You have wide experience in business development and skills in project management. You enjoy working with people and creating networks and managing partnerships. You possess people influencing skills and feel comfortable impacting and demonstrating your cause to overcome resistance. Work experience in an international matrix organization can be seen as a plus. Fluent English is needed to perform the role. You have the ability think of the bigger picture yet also pay attention to detail. You have a positive mind-set towards your work and people around you, yet are not afraid of driving change.
