We are looking for a Global Training Manager to join our Sales & Channel Development team in Vantaa.
We are looking for another action hero to join the team @Suunto HQ. Your superpowers are charisma, commercial mindset and strong leadership skills. Like said we are a team so we are not looking for a solo player but someone who truly understands the value of other people in success. On the other hand, when needed you can be fearless lone hero trailblazing your way ahead in paths unexplored since this is a new role. Global Training Manager will deliver inspiring concepts and certification programs for “train the trainer organization”, engage shop pro´s in to advocates. Measure the performance and efficiency with set KPI´ to make sure the outcome will drive product recommendation, consideration, conversion to sales and market share.
The Global Training Manager reports to Head of InStore Experience and networks with internal teams like Marketing, Product and Customer Service and local Amer Sports go-to-market teams EMEA, US and China. You will travel 30–50 % of your time.

Specifically, this role:
  • Global Sell-Through guidance for the regional teams of field sales and shopper marketeers
  • Align and drive KPI metrics and targets with GTM organizations
  • Actively network and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders
  • Create Suunto´s training concepts, certifications, tools and content in collaboration with other teams
  • Training and presenting in events
  • Create detailed Go to Market guidance for training deployment of upcoming products
  • Show ”lead by example” mindset and get people to commit to Suunto´s JBP activities and sell-through actions
  • Work as strong link between Brand and field
  •  Own Suunto´s retail activation toolkit (retail events) and operatively participate
  • Gather retail best practices, conceptualize and feed back to markets
