We are looking for a Head of Partner and Ecosystem marketing to join our Sales & Channel development team in Vantaa.

You get a chance to work with the world’s greatest sports apps and services companies from all over the world, and you have a key role in driving Suunto’s digital ecosystem strategy together with a great team.

As a Head of Partner and Ecosystem Marketing your main responsibilities is to enable successful partner and ecosystem relationships.  By driving the marketing initiatives with partners and ecosystem this role works towards Suunto delivering its business targets.

In this role your will:
  • Define & drive partner marketing actions and marketing calendar cross different Suunto and Partner touch points
  • Lead /manage Suunto and Partner marketing teams to execute marketing plan cross marketing/consumer touch points, web, in app, social, email, in store etc.
  • Develop marketing assets, tools for partnering co-marketing cross different touch points
  • Support/guide local GTM teams to exploit local co-marketing actions with partners
  • Develop and drive Suunto affiliate marketing

  • Traffic/visibility/brand awareness impact from co-marketing

What we expect from the candidate
You have strong 360’ view on marketing and excellent toolbox and skills to plan and implement marketing activities.
You are very familiar and content with driving modern digital marketing tools and approaches.
You are very explicit communicator and strong influencer; you are able to win the hearts and minds of partner marketing leaders & executives. You are a team player and you are ready to roll up the sleeves and work personally as well as lead others. In addition to positive mind-set you drive your initiatives with entrepreneurial “growth hacking mindset”. You know how to balance creativity and analytics. You are business and P&L driven.
Experience of working on co-marketing with partners in very beneficial in this role. Also having the experience in working in international matrix organizations is useful. Fluent English is needed to perform the role.  Genuine interest in digital technology solutions and sports wearables will help you be successful in this role. Won’t harm if sports are close to your heart.  Understanding of cloud technology and APIs is a bonus, or willingness and interest to learn.
